The first-generation son of an Italian father and Swiss/Italian mother, Al grew up in South Vancouver with a deep love for his city and an innate drive to serve it.

His career in real estate has been built on the same values that guided his decades in public service: integrity, community, and an encyclopedic knowledge of Vancouver’s neighbourhoods, developments, and housing landscape.

At home, Al has been married to his wife Wendy for over 40 years. Together they have raised three children in the city they love.

Kimberly "Kim" Kashuba

Working alongside Al at Oakwyn you will find Kim. Being fortunate to have lived and worked all over BC, Kim has a vast knowledge of many communities and sectors of business.

 With her attention to detail and her sharpened negotiation skills Kim works to find clients the solutions they need to help the projects obtain results and is about keeping things on track. 

Her deep connections in the construction and skilled trades sectors allow her to help her clients make the connections needed to get the job done. 

When she is not working you will find her with her 2 boys and her husband of 20 years traveling or just spending quality time together.
